Arriving in Bali

Crossing the straight between Java and Bali.

We are travelling with Anggi’s car. It contains most of the stuff I own. If we are lucky we will buy a house here and stay for good.

They drive ships in a same way they drive on the road. Going in all directions at once being in each other way. The path should take 15 minutes, but we got stuck and it took us an hour. There are more ships than there are ship docs. And somehow they manage to create a "ship jam"
The airports are organised in similar way… They like to change gate number in the last minute... I have been running to catch it few times already. What is surprising: Airplanes somehow do not collide in the air… well, who knows? Maybe even air traffic is full of crazy driving manovers :D

Welcome to municipal Jembrana (Bali)

Bali is an island of a million statues, they are everywhere!

Waves of the Indian ocean.

Bali tempel - Pura! It is called pura in Bali

We are at a fancy hotel.

It has a swimming pool

And it costs only 15 euros!

I repeat: only 15 euros!

A man of culture can find pleasure at simplest of the sounds.

Anggi said I was much less annoying when I was half aware in tropical heat. In Tropical coma so to speak. Getting brain back because of air conditioning in hotels and elevation of Ubud: brings a downside: Bule (white people) like to notice and complain about EVERYTHING ! A well observed fact by local Indonesias. Bule is sooooo annoying!
